That will not be a good decision because the returns are better if you are a graduate in Hotel management. M.Sc in hotel management has a long way to go justify Masters program.

MBA in marketing and sales is the best option. As an MBA in Marketing with hospitality background is the best combination in today's world. There is no better option than this.

This is very difficult to answer still I will try. As it depends on you skill sets and attitude. Also, whats your expertise and choice of department. Hotel Industry is never a tough place to work but everyone is not made for that. Also, which brand have you selected. So you have to weight your work life balance then to decide.
