You can do your BHM through distance. It is one of the best course to pursue in. You just need 10+2 for Bachelor's degree and if you want to do DHM you just need to have 10 pass from an recognised university.

It's never a good idea to drop out. As you still wanted to have some skills (Culinary) you have to study. Complete your 12th and then start in Culinary Schools. Maybe, Diploma but after that, it would be beneficial for you. Otherwise, you will regret why I dropped out.

You are advised to do Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) to work in hotels as a manager. Students who have cleared 12th standard examinations, from all streams, are eligible to apply for this course. Minimum marks criteria exists in case of many Institutes. It may vary between 45-50% marks, in 12th Board examinations. Most of good Hotel Management conduct their own entrance examination for BHM degree.
