You can apply for IIHM e-chat exams through online mode. You can apply for the exams in the month of March or April. IIHM is one of the best international colleges in India for hotel management. To apply for other colleges, you need to write NCHMCT-JEE.

You can enroll for the Frankfinn Diploma in hospitality and tourism management but the best option is to enroll for the master degree in the same discipline.

First of all hotel management is a specialisation. In this specific specialisation, you have to start from the beginning during your training (internship) which you may dislike (waiter) there is a lot of physical work in the beginning but it is to be noted that as you will progress or gain some experience your workload would minimize and once you will become a manager then you have to manage the organisation like any other company.
I personally would advise you if you would like to choose hotel management as a career then you must enroll for a Master's degree as a Bachelor's degree is very common.
