Yes, you can pursue hotel management course after B.Tech also. MBA in Hotel management can be done after B.Tech or if you want career in hotel management itself, then go directly for hotel management course.
B.Tech will not help you in this career and you can find difficulties in getting a job later. So, you can go for hotel management directly or if you want to pursue B.Tech only, then go for B.Tech and then MBA in hotel management.

There is no issue in pursuing B.Ed. Only the Bachelor's degree in HM should be from a recognized board or equivalent to graduation.

The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue.
The details of some courses are stated below:
1. Diploma class 10th pass from a recognized board with minimum 40% marks.
2. Bachelor's degree: Class 12th examination with at least 50% marks.
3. Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate and PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as:
1. NCHMCT.
2. AIMA.
3. UGAT.
4. E-CHAT, etc.
