You don't need to pursue any course after hotel management as it is sufficient enough. After completing your B.Sc, you can work.
But, if you want to study further, you can go for M.Sc PhD etc. There's no end.

Hotel Management is a full time course. You cannot pursue it with another degree. If you are doing with correspondence then it is possible. You should just apply for hotel management.

I would like to tell you that don't look for the salary right now. Go by your passion.
But, if you want to know about the salary, it depends upon at which level you got appointed and in which organization. Generally, the entry level position will get you a starting salary of somewhere 10 to 15K.
