Your class 12th grades are too low and will not be accepted unfortunately. This applies to all top countries. A very low tier college might accept you, but you will not be granted a visa. You can continue your studies in India and try to score at least 55%. You can plan for a PG after you successfully clear your Bachelor's degree.

For MBA graduation / degree from any stream, you need to do MBA in any disciple. You should have cleared your 10+2+3 with a minimum of 50% in any recognized university or college. You have to appear in the written test in entrance exams like MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, GMAT, ATMA, MBA, etc. to get a seat in the respective colleges. There are only one or 2 openings in government job in the hotel management sector as there is privatization in these sectors. So, the number of chances to get a government job is very less. But, there are many 4-5 star hotels where you can get higher salary and rank too, according to your work experience.
