You need not to do anything after MBA. You can directly apply for walk in interviews of hotel management through job portals and get required experience in this industry.

Hotel management courses got worldwide jobs in the industries like airlines, cruising, five star hotels, across the world. You will get great salaries as long as that you get experienced.

Why can't you try for IIHT - New Delhi, Srinagar and Mumbai. They are good in hotel management courses.

You are eligible to do MBA or M.Sc/ PG Diploma in Hotel Management after B.Sc Statistics. There is no additional eligibility requirement for MBA. For candidates who have completed any degree other than Hotel Management during graduation in some institutes may require to enroll for a bridge program of few weeks duration prior to the commencement of the Masters program in Hotel management.
