B.Sc in Science or B.Sc in hotel management both courses have good scope and opportunities. So, don't bother about the scope choose the stream in which you are interested in. There is no comparison between both the courses. One belongs to the hospitality industry whereas other belong to the Science field. You need to decide what interests you the most and accordingly take admission in the same course.

I suggest you to complete your 12th with any subject which you feel easier for you to pass from NIOS because it will help you to take admission in good Hotel Management colleges. After 12th you can take admission and start your career as a great cook.
