No, you can't apply in Bachelor's degree as maximum age limit for SC is 25 years and without completing UG course, you can not apply for Master's degree. You can go for a short term course in the stream of your choice.

There's no such requirement of marks in hotel management. You should clear your class 12th with at least 40% with English as one subject. You just have to appear for an entrance exam for getting admission.

IHM-Pusa is one of the premium institute for pursuing HM. For admission, you need to crack NCHMCT JEE and score really a high rank.

You can only do Diploma in this duration from IHM institute all over India and if you want to go for degree, it will be of 3 years.

There is no obligation, but initially you will get placement in their respective hotel chain only. After getting good experience you can switch over to other hotel chain which totally depends on your choice.
