IBPS Clerk selection process comprises filling the application form, downloading the admit card, appearing in the exam, declaration of result and release of marksheet and final allotment. The online exam is conducted in two stages-prelims andMainsexams. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are not counted for the final merit list. Provisional allotment of candidates is done based on the marks obtained in theMainsexam. IBPS only conducts the prelims andMainsexams. The joining formalities are carried out by the participating banks.

The scores of IBPS Clerk are calculated based on the number of correct answers after deducting the penalty for wrong answers. For wrong answers, 0.25 marks assigned to that question are deducted as a penalty to arrive at the corrected scores. There are no qualifying marks in the exam. The system shows invalid login if candidates enter their wrong credentials. To download IBPS Clerk result, enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. The result displays the qualifying status of candidates for the next round of selection process. The scorecard is released few days after the declaration of the result. Do not worry if you forget the password while downloading IBPS Clerk result. You can retrieve the password by clicking the Forgot Password. Candidates need to enter certain details to retrieve the password. After resetting the password, candidates need to login with the new login credentials to check the result. The subjects of IBPS Clerk exam are as follows:
Preliminary Exam - The Preliminary exam has 100 multiple-choice questions from English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The total duration of the exam is one hour. Each section has 20 minutes and 30 questions. The maximum marks for each section are 30. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Yes, you can do both M.Com and IBPS Clerk exam. There is no restriction on doing both M.Com and IBPS Clerk exam. You can pursue M.Com as a regular or distance mode course from any recognised university while preparing for the IBPS Clerk exam. However, you need to manage your time and study plan effectively to balance both the academic and competitive aspects. You also need to meet the eligibility criteria for both the courses/exams.

Most important thing is whichever mock you are giving just SEE your rank and percentile in that mock test if your percentile is above 87% then its sure that you will crack actual prelims exam of IBPS Clerk. Whatever score you are getting in the mocks do not get depressed rather just analyse that mock timewise & SEE the solutions.
