IBPS Clerk exam will be conducted in two languages: Hindi and English. Bank Exams are only conducted in Hindi and English language. IBPS Clerk Exam will be conducted in two phases: Prelims and Main Exam. IBPS Clerk Prelims Exam will be conducted on 07th, 08th, 14th & 21st December 2019. Check complete syllabus and exam pattern. Select best books and study materials for your preparation. Solve previous year question papers and take online mock tests. This will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. Read the newspaper daily and watch news channels. This will get you aware of the latest happenings and will improve your current affairs part. Also read some good GK books

To tell you frankly, pressure in public sector bank is more or less equivalent to private sector at officer/Manager level. At clerical level, I can say that pressure will be less and they work till the official office hours, but growth wise it will take lot of time to reach managerial level. Following is the typical career path in public sector and private sector banks:
