In IBPS PO preliminary examination, there will not be any history related question. But, in the IBPS PO Mains Exam there will be questions related to general awareness which also include question from Indian History. Some topics you should cover is Countries and capitals, Countries and currency, Airports in India, Dams in India, National parks, Rivers on which dams stay, Important dates, Dances in which state, Governors and cm of India, Cultures of India. The salary is expected anywhere between 27k to 35k. There is not a fix value. That is why it is called pay band. Exams for each of them is conducted once a year. IBPS conducts one exam for many banks and departments. PO exam is moatly conducted by the bank on its own. The syllabus mostly includes Reasoning, General Science and English or Hindi depending on the region.

Age Limit – Under IBPS Eligibility Criteria for PO 2016 Interested candidates must have age between 20 – 30 years.
