• Seating Arrangement and Puzzles: Around 20-24 questions are asked in the exam.
• Syllogism: This section may consist of the topics of reverse syllogism and direct syllogism
• Coding-Decoding: Questions on word coding, sentence coding etc. are asked
• Miscellaneous Problems: This comprises the topics such as blood relations, directions sense, order and ranking, and alphanumeric series. 3-4 questions are asked
• Input-Output: The questions are based on single and double shifting. In total 5 questions can be expected from this section
• Data Sufficiency: Approx., 5-7 statement-based questions are asked
• Logical Reasoning: The questions range from several topics such as statement and conclusion, argument, course of action, cause and effect, theme based etc. The aspirants can expect approximately 10 questions in total
• Computer Aptitude: Flowchart-based questions can be expected from this section

IBPS PO scorecard is released few days after the declaration of the result. The scorecard is released on the official website and candidates can download it by logging with the required credentials. The hard copy of the scorecard is not sent to candidates by post. The scorecard is released separately for the prelims exam, Mains exam and final selection. IBPS PO scorecard displays the section-wise scores, overall scores, cut off marks, etc. The scores of candidates are calculated in the following manner:

• The corrected scores obtained by each candidate in different sessions of the exam are normalised using the equi-percentile method
•  Scores upto two decimal points are taken for the purpose of calculations

At times due to the heavy load at the server, IBPS PO admit card page takes time to load. In such case, candidates should not panic rather they should try downloading the admit card within certain interval of time. It is better to download the admit card at night. Moreover, candidates must also check their internet connectivity. In the admit card login page, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates by post. IBPS PO admit card comprises the details related to the exam such as the candidate's name, roll number, date of birth, password, details related to exam centre, date of exam, reporting time and many more.

IBPS PO 2023 Mains admit card was released on October 25, 2023. The Mains admit card is released for the qualified candidates of the prelims exam. Candidates who qualify the prelims exam can download their admit cards by logging with registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. Candidates need to download their admit cards online as the hard copy of it is not sent to candidates by post. Candidates need to carry the authenticated prelims admit card and photo identity proof along with the Mains admit card to the exam centre. Candidates without the prelims admit card is not allowed to appear for the exam. The Mains exam consists of both objective and descriptive type tests. The objective test is divided into four sections-Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation. The descriptive section carries questions from English Language (Letter Writing and Essay). The duration of the test is 3 hours 30 minutes. There is also a sectional time limit in the Mains exam. The total marks allotted to the test are 225.
