First of all, you don't get an admission in any particular stream. First 2 semesters are common for everybody and from 3rd onwards you can select Finance or Marketing etc. Currently, the average package for marketing specialisation is round about Rs. 7 lacs with the highest package being Rs. 46 lacs by Tolaram

Total fees for academics is 16 lacs and hostel and mess fee per semester is 55000/-. so your total fees is 18.2 lacs for the batch of 2016-18. These are approx. figures, hostel fees may subject to change.

It seems you have very good chance of making it, your score is very good, just wait for next merit list, last year's cut off was 82 percentile for 2nd merit list.

IBS Hyderabad is AICTE approved. It's not true that company don't accept PGPM degree, there are many pass outs from IBS who's working in top MNC's like mckinsey, GOLDMAN SACHS etc.

Cant say . This year intakes are going to be very high so yes high chances but still cannot confirm the same .

That cannot be answered by us as we are not the management . You may take risk on waiting out to see if you get allotted IBS Hyd but that is totally up to you .

No,IBS Hyderabad do not accept CMAT.But rest of the campuses of IBS accept CMAT.

I think IBS Hyderabad and Mumbai are best and other campuses are not so good Placement records are also not so good. I think your son will try some other colleges.
