IELTS is not sufficient to do your MBA from USA. Please note that IELTS and TOEFL are only English proficiency tests and do not reflect your aptitude for either MBA or MS. You will be required to take the GMAT or the GRE besides other requirements.

Additional Info:

As per your query please remember:
1. IELST scores are valid for two years.
2. So your scored should not be more then 2 years old.
3. You may take IELTS test multiple times and the highest would be considered for admission, provided it should not be more then 2 years old.
As per your profile it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree in mechanical engineering from Canada.
