Hi Priyanka, It depends on the institute because the fee structure varies for each institute. The fee could range anywhere between 1 Lacs- 1.75 Lacs per year.

Dear Gosya,
You need to fill the application form of IGNOU with respective details. You need to scan the documents of your HSC and SSLC and your recent photograph to submit the application. Fees is around 5000 for entire course and exams. I hope it helps.

You need to register with IGNOU for special correspondence course (A and F) thereafter exam are conducted every six month, you need to submit few assignment as well.
