Yes, you can complete the course. IGNOU course is an open course, and can be done from home. So, I think you can join IGNOU for pursuing B.Sc.

Do not drop now after 3 years. It would take 3 more years to complete graduation, no matter what and also nearly same amount of fee. Just endure for 1 more year, then at least you will have a graduation degree in a year rather than 3 years. Also, talk to your friends and parents before making decision. They will suggest you same.

IGNOU does not offer B.Ed in dance. After completing your B.Ed, you can decide on the subject which you want to teach. So, you can opt for dance or any other subject of your interest.

Online admissionportal within the stipulated time. Candidates can also re-register for certain UG, PG and Research courses offered by IGNOU before within the stipulated timethrough theIGNOU Re-Registration Portal. For admission to most of the IGNOU courses offered by the University, candidates are shortlisted for admission on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying degree. However, in case of some specific courses, the University conducts an admission test for selection of students.

Yes, there is an integrated course known as B.El.Ed which is equivalent to B.A. and B.Ed because it fulfils your graduation and B. Ed. criteria.

B.Ed:
Candidates should have obtained at least minimum 50% aggregate of marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity (OR) Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto
Candidates must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education or should have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.
