Yes, you can do them simultaneously.

Minimum 50% marks is required for admission in B.Ed at IGNOU. I doubt if there is any relaxation based on category.

You can pursue various courses through distance education. But, would you be able to study for both? What if the exam dates collide? There is no law that is stopping you from pursuing both the courses through open mode. But, it is a question of practicality. You can do MBA later too without any consequences.

There is no age bar for open education from IGNOU. You can certainly pursue BA from IGNOU very easily. It is also the best choice for distance education.

You certainly can. If you are in your final year of PG, then you would not have to drop your current PG course. If you are in the 1st year, even then, it will be fine.
