Application forms for B.Ed can be obtained online from the official website of IGNOU. At least, 50% marks in the Bachelor's degree are required.
Candidates, who are trained in-service teachers in elementary education, will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam and further for admission or who have completed an NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face-to-face mode may also apply.
You can apply for the exam online by visiting the official website of university I.e. www.ignou.ac.in.

There are many courses and programmes that you can opt.

As IGNOU is a central university and recognized by UGC, its Bachelor's degree is equivalent to other UGC recognized B.Scc degrees with the same combination. You just need to check whether three years Bachelor's degree is validated by their university or not. I answered this from my common sense without having any first hand information.

You are eligible for applying B.Ed correspondence course from IGNOU. Admission shall be done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test conducted by IGNOU all over India. The candidate will be required to submit the filled-in application form with attested copy of documents as specified in entrance-cum-admission form.
