You just need a Bachelor's degree to get admission in Master's degree in economics.

Application forms for B.Ed can be obtained online from the official website of IGNOU. At least, 50% marks in the Bachelor's degree are required.So you are eligible.
Program Fee
Program Fee is Rs. 50,000/- for the entire Program. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. programme are advised not to pay the fee along with the filled in application form. They will get a separate communication about their admission and payment of Fee.
Candidates, who are trained in-service teachers in elementary education, will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam and further for admission or who have completed an NCTE recognised teacher educa

Yes, you can do Masters in arts from IGNOU as eligibility for MA admission is just that you have to complete your graduation from a recognized college with atleast 50% marks.
So you can apply for IGNOU distance learning for January or June session.
