Yes, you can complete your B.Ed from IGNOU. No matter that where you have completed your last course, it should be only from recognized university.

Normally, people studying from IGNOU are working executives and cannot devote all their time to studying a particular course. If that is the case with you, please go ahead and take up BCA from IGNOU. However, if you are not working anywhere, and can attend regular classes you should apply for a regular BCA from a reputed institute. Regards.

You just need a Bachelor's degree to get admission in Master's degree in economics.

Hi Jyoti,
Application forms for B.Ed can be obtained online from the official website of IGNOU. At least, 50% marks in the Bachelor's degree are required.So you are eligible.
Program Fee
Program Fee is Rs. 50,000/- for the entire Program. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. programme are advised not to pay the fee along with the filled in application form. They will get a separate communication about their admission and payment of Fee.
Candidates, who are trained in-service teachers in elementary education, will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam and further for admission or who have completed an NCTE recognised teacher educa

For admission in Ph.D. firstly you need to have an M.Phil. Degree and a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55 percent marks (50 percent marks for SC/ST/PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognised institution of higher learning.

Some universities do not allow more than 5 backlogs to let you proceed to the next year. 10 backlogs is a huge number, if you don't clear your backlog as soon as possible then your degree might extend beyond 4 years which will not be good for you in the longer run. Hence, clear your backlogs as soon as possible.
