It depends upon you what you want to achieve in the long run. MBA in finance in long run will have a positive impact in your career. Certificate course may help you in short run.

You need to apply for CLAT exam or entrance exam for other universities having their own entrance exam and interview for the admission process.

And, for LLM programme when you are in the final year of LLB degree, you can apply and again you have to apply for CLAT or entrance exam for different universities.

If you have bachelor's degree with minimum 55% you can apply for MBA. You have to wait for the next year OPENMAT. This year the entrance exam dates are over.

Exams will be conducted through offline mode. Centres will be alloted according to the locality where you live. College need not be attended everyday. You just need to write the exams and submit the assignments to the regional centre on the given dates.
