IIIT Hyderabad admits students based on JEE main scores for a few courses and through an entrance exam for other courses. Hence, only your board exam scores cannot help you secure a seat there. For details regarding the admission, you may refer:

JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. You can't get IIIT, NIT or GFTI Colleges at these marks. Better to try for private colleges like LPU, Amity University, LNMIT, SRM, VIT. You may get these colleges based on your JEE Mains merit.

Hello,You have not mention your category I am assuming you to be of general category. You said you have got low percentage in JEE Mains so there is no chance of getting Government College you have to find out some good private colleges only. Try
