Hi Aman, yes, you can try for middle or lower order NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, IIITs, DTU. You can get a seat in these colleges. You can predict other possible colleges here :

As per your rank in JEE Mains, it will be difficult for you to get admission in IIIT Pune. Still, you should give a try. You may get a seat in the last round. You can predict other possible colleges here:

It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs and IITs. It is better for you to get admission in some private colleges which accept JEE Score, or use college predictor tool which will help you.

Seeing the number of seats, you'll not get CSE for top 7-8 NITs, but there is one thing you'll be missing out on and that is, if you are interested in CS from job perspective, there are two options from which you can get a good college and still remember one thing, college matters a lot more than branch, the alternative you have to get a better college with the same.
1. Try to get into electrical or electronic courses, all good NITs will offer you the same and you will have atleast 4-6 subjects from CSE.
2 Go for a 5 year (B.Tech+M.Tech) programme, the cutoffs are lower.
3. Go for other colleges than NITs like:
