You might get the NIT but not IIIT since you qualified the exam with a little margin that is 21 marks only. You scored 95 marks which makes you eligibile for JEE Advanced exam. You can use this link in order to predict the college you can get:

Hi,
For admissions to NIT and IIT, applicants must have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12th exam conducted by the respective boards. For SC or ST category students, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class 12th.

On the basis of your JEE rank, you will not get any of the NIT. So, try for other colleges.
