Timing is not fixed. Monday may be 8:00 am
Tuesday may be 9:00 or 10:00 am
Wednesday may be no classes, only labs in afternoon
Thursday may be 8:00 am
Friday may be 9:00 am
So, it is not fixed. It will get fixed as soon as you will get your class timing. Every batch and course have different timing.

Yes, outing is allowed, but you have to take permission by filling up an online form in which you have to fill some details and if they approve your outing request then you can go. If your outing is of one day then no need to take permission.

No one can answer this question better than me. I am studying in IIITDM Kancheepuram, and I want to tell you that there is no ragging in our college. Rules are very strict against ragging and admin takes complains about the ragging very seriously. We have anti - ragging cell also. Even I don't think any senior will disturb you, but they will surely help you. I love my college, but if you talk about placement, it is not good, because our college is new (only 12 year old) and you can't expect placement of more than Rs. 20 lakh per annum, and also average package is below INR. 4 lakhs. However, in some days, maybe tomorrow NTA will release the AIR, and accordingly, you can cross check with previous year cut-off.
