IIITDM Kancheepuram offers a BTech+ M.Tech degree together as a dual degree lasting for five years in the Computer Science and Engineering. The dual degree is spread across ten semesters. The cousre curriculum of the first six semesters is similar to the regular BTech degree. The postgraduate degree subjects begin in the seventh semester. Well, the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM), Jabalpur calculation of the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) is based on the results of the semester exams for several subjects. In addition, the total credit points earned by a student for their entire programme are divided by the total number of credits to get their cumulative grade point average, or CGPA.
