At IILM University Gurugram, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject. Falling short can make them ineligible for semester exams. Genuine cases like medical emergencies may get relaxation with approval. This rule ensures students stay consistent and engaged in learning

It is pretty diverse. Some go into litigation, joining senior advocates and eventually practicing independently. Others join law firms, especially in corporate law. A few pursue judicial services, aiming for judge positions. There are also a couple of graduates who step into policy-making, NGOs, or even mix law with business.

First year itself! A lot of the students do internships with NGOs, legal aid cells, or junior advocates just to get exposure.

By second year, people start interning with law firms or in-house legal teams. The career development cell helps, but honestly, professors and seniors also give you contacts. It's a gradual build-up, so by the end of the degree, students have interned in multiple places and gained a good amount of experience and exposure.
