I think the fee of the programme is same for all students irrespective of their category. But there are ample government scholarships for SC/ST students pursuing PGDM from Iims.

Sadly, Part Time MBA are sold by all Institutes in India and abroad but when it comes to Placements and Job hunt you will come across a glass ceiling that only Full-Time MBA only need apply. So yes if your idea is just to buy a degree or acquire knowledge any of these shops might be good but if you think it will make any serious flip to your career prospects, then you need research.

With this 95 percentile and a good enough academic record you can expect calls from many Iims but getting a call from the Top Iims will be very hard and almost impossible, also your OBC category will provide you an extra advantage during selection. IIM you can expect :
IIM Ranchi, Trichy, Rohtak, Shillong, Jammu, Amritsar, Kozhikode, Nagpur, Udaipur, Raipur etc. These are just expectations getting a call will depend on many other factors like you academic background, work experience etc.

The IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) offer many more courses than the IIFTs (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade), across various levels. International Business is a much more substantial area of specialization for the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade than Indian Institutes of Management. However, if you want to study other specializations, the Indian Institutes of Management are the best option. I hope this will help you.

No, there is no sports quota at Iims for MBA courses. You will have to appear in the CAT exam to be eligible to apply for the MBA course at IIMS. However, if you've done well in your sports career, like playing at the national level, you may get an edge in the interview round. It will give a good impression of your profile to the interview panel. To qualify for an IIM interview, you have to give Common Admission Test CAT exam or GMAT exam.
