Dear Sawan. IIM shillong is doing well on the lines of IIMs. Last year it was closed with 21 lakhs highest package and 13.4 lakhs per annum. Therefore not bad. If you got best cat score you can apply top 10 b schools in the country.

Thats a good college but since you got very good score in cmat why don't you look for PUMBA or other colleges in mumbai such as Welignker, MET, SIMSREE, JBIMS all these colleges are best options.

Type of degree does not matter for admission to IIM. You may do any degree of your choice.

Lowest cat score depends on your category, work experience and etc . People with more than m95 percentile also didnt made to any IIMs .

Their is certain weightage of tenth class , 12th class and graduation marks upto 20%. But majority of the weightage from your CAT score and your performance in personal interview.

Eligibility criteria for PGDM at IIMs is graduation degree with 50% and above marks. Therefore you can chose any degree of your choice & interest to meet min educational requirement. You can start home CAT preparations ( Numerical ability , Data interpretation, verbal etc) and seek coaching if self preparation is not good. Also work to develop leadership traits.
