So far, you have been going well. There's no reason to doubt that in view of the above. Plan for an overall development. Then, you will be more satisfied.

CAT percentile is an important factor in getting IIM call. Though your 10th and 12th percentage are low, you will get advantage of diversity for being from commerce background. Again it depends which IIM you want. For IIM ABC you should get more than 98 percentile. But you can get a call from IIM by scoring 80+ percentile.

You can go for Christ University.

MBA in communication management

Nothing. IIMs are better than IISC any day

No. He/she doesn't meet the minimum requirement for tenght marks

Original certificate is not mandatory during the interview process, you can show all the semester marklists and may be some document which proves that you have passed the final exam.
As part of PI prep - have convincing answers for
1. Why you want to do an MBA
2. Why an MBA from IIM Indore?
3. Your strengths and weaknesses. Also a good introduction that covers your academics, interests, co-curricular activities or anything that would highlight your aptitude for a management role.

Generally, IIMs do not go for 2nd lists for wat/pi calls. They already shortlist a large no. of people for the 1st stage itself. It is very rare that an IIM would release a second list and that too only the newer ones, if at all. Normally people don't leave once they are selected and IIMs keep enough buffer to fill out the sliding seats.
Would advise you to focus on other calls.
