You can pursue anything you wish, IIMs have students from all the streams ranging from BBA to engineering to Medical to Arts. So there is no link between course you pursue in graduation and post graduation.

Find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA from IIMs:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) (It may also referred to as Persons with Disability (PWD) category)], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized

If you want IIM, Then you have to score above 99%ile, and for Mumbai,Pune above 90%ile.

IIM admussion is based on CAT examination. Graduates from recognised universities with greater 50% marks are eligible to appear for CAT.

If it is from UGC /DEC approved university, You can apply for CAT entrance test. Graduates with high score in CAT exams can join in IIMs

yaa they do offer Indian Institute of Management offers all type of MBA courses may it be HR, Finance Hospitality management but you can also opt for symbiosis Pune as Hospitality management and communication management is more preferred there as these universities are in Pune with good placement and cover all type of management courses and give good placement not with good salaries only but also with companies having good name in the management world.
