IIMs are one of the best management institutes that offer pgdm/PGPX/PGP/executive MBAs etc which are well aligned with the industry need. You are placed well once taken the course. Graduates from any stream can do these courses Via entrances like CAT.

Yes IIM provide scholarship for SC/ST and all student . I think you must consult your college .

Gems B School is not in league of Tier I management colleges such as IIMs etc.

For Mba, You need to be an Graduate First. And If you ask about preparation then i would suggest if your goal is clear than you have to go for MBA then Start preparing . as you have a long go for CAT. and Concrete On Graduation also.

We do have faculty from IIM and other reputed institutes. I don't think we have any permanent faculty from a foreign Institute. Major all our faculty is permanent with very few visiting guest faculty.
