College do have reservations for all categories. You will also find reservation for OBC in both IIM's/IIT. But I would suggest you to contact the officials directly as they will be able to guide you with the updated information.

Also some state funded colleges are giving this reservation for their respective state candidates. For ex: If you are a Maharashtra born candidate then you can avail this reservation in their respective government colleges.

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.
You need to give entrance exams for IIM,IIFT & XLRI.

IIMA offers a research level degree in the similar line as PhD called FPM (Fellowship program in Management). I do not have the exact details as I am a PGP student. You can find out more details about FPM on IIMA's website.
