The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering at IIT Dhanbad (ISM) - Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) other than General category are - 4246 for OBC, 2172 for SC, 790 for ST, 1901 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 10102 and closing rank was 11339. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 16632 and 17395. Admission to B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering in IIT Dhanbad (ISM) - Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

GATE COAP Round 6 Seat Allotment results have been released on Jun 23 by IIT Kharagpur for IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. The last date to view offers and take a decision for Round was Jun 25 (9 AM). Options available to candidates for Round 6 include 'Accept & Freeze' and 'Reject & Wait'.
GATE COAP 2023 is to be conducted in five main and five additional rounds for admission to IITM.Techcourses. The interview for the IIT ISM Dhanbad PhD admission 2023 is scheduled to be held from May 25 to May 29 as per the released schedule. If a candidate wants to take M.Tech admissions, then in this case IIT Dhanbad does not accept 3 years degree. Further, for admissions to M.Sc. And MBA course, a 3 years degree programme is accepted by IIT Dhanbad.

To be eligible for BTech programmes, candidates must have completed Class 12 with 75% aggregate (65 per cent for SC/ST). Moreover, if the candidates want to apply for BTech and Integrated MTech at IIT ISM Dhanbad, then they can apply via JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced application. The JEE Main application process consists of three steps, i.e. , registration, form filling & documents upload followed by payment of application fees.
