Hi,
80+ Percentile in CAT is preferred there, and also good academic records with a minimum of 50%. If your dream is to take admission in ISM Dhanbad, then you require a minimum 80-85 percentile in CAT. Good luck.

See, IIT Dhanbad is more better than NIT Warangal. But as you are a girl, you will not get more than 2-3 girls in your batch in mechanical. Usually girls don't take mechanical as there are lot of physical works to do in lab. ECE is more better branch according to today's demand and need. NIT Warangal is one of the top NIT. So, I will suggest you to go for NIT Warangal ECE.

 I would Suggest BHU as it is a very reputed university. M.Sc. Chemistry is also better in BHU. Placements are equally god in NHU.
