- Bachelor's degree certificate & mark sheets (for PG courses only)
- Master's degree certificate & mark sheets (for PhD courses only)
- Entrance exam scorecard (JEE/GATE/IIT JAM/UCEED/CAT/CEED)
- Work experience certificate (if available)
- Passport-size photograph
