IIT JAM Cut-off

IIT Hyderabad cutoff 2024 has been released across various specialisations in the form of opening and closing ranks. IIT Hyderabad MSc cutoff 2024 ranged between, 332 and 345 for the General AI category candidates, wherein, the top courses with the highest ranks needed were M.Sc. in Mathematics (332), and M.Sc. in Chemistry (336). IIT ISM Dhanbad MSc cutoff 2025 has been released across various specialisations in the form of opening and closing ranks. For the students belonging to the General AI quota, the IIT JAM first round closing ranks were between 96 and 634, with M.Sc. Tech in Applied Geology being the most competitive for admission. The lower the cutoff rank, the higher the competition for that course, and vice versa. For all the MSc specialisations, the IIT Dhanbad JAM cutoff 2025 for the first round is tabulated below for the General AI category candidates. 

IIT JAM2025 Cut off will be released in two to three days after the result declaration. IIT JAM 2025 result was announced on March 18, 2025.

The authorities will be preparing the JAM cut off 2025 after checking various factors related to the entrance examination. IIT JAM 2025 cutoff will vary according to the subject and category that the candidate belongs to. Later, the authorities will also release the IIT JAM admission cutoff.

Scribes will be arranged for those PwD candidates who have requested to be provided with a scribe at the time of application.
Qualification of the scribe arranged by test center will NOT be more than the minimum eligibility criteria of JAM 2026. However, the qualification of the scribe will be matriculation (10th) or above. If there are Y candidates who require scribe, it will be ensured that a panel of (Y+1) scribes is available at the exam centre so that every candidate can have an alternative scribe to choose for the services.

IIT Roorkee accepts IIT JAM scores for admission to the MSc course. Analysing the IIT JAM cutoff, MSc in Economics was turned out to be the most competitive specialisations when compared it with the other four specialisations. For Mathematics, the Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks were 247 and 272, respectively for the Economically Weaker Section category candidates for the All India Quota. So, considering the 2023 cutoff ranks, yes a candidate can get into IIT Roorkee with 200 rank in IIT JAM for MSc in Mathematics.
