For students belonging to the OBC AI quota, a cutoff rank between 562 and 922 is considered to be a safe rank for MSc admission at IIT Mandi. The better (lower) your rank, the higher is the probability of securing a seat at IIT Mandi for MSc. Considering the IIT Guwahati JAM cutoff 2025 for the Round 4 seat allotment, an IIT JAM rank of 300 is commendable, but it depends on the branch and category whether you will get admission to IIT Guwahati or not. For the candidates belonging to the General AI quota, a 300 rank would not fetch any course as the General All India category cutoffs are ranging between 61 and 265, so, candidates need to score at least 265 rank to secure any seat at IIT Guwahati. IIT Roorkee cutoff 2025 has been announced for admission across multiple specialisations for the Round 4 seat allotment results based on opening and closing ranks. The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank range at 41 and closing rank is 229. Admission to MSc specialisations at IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam IIT Jam, which should be between 41 and 229, scoring a rank of 400 in IIT Jam in not sufficient to get admission to the institute.

Considering the IIT Gandhinagar JAM cutoff 2025 for the Round 4 seat allotment results, the M.Sc. in Physics at IIT Gandhinagar has the fluctuating cutoffs over the years.
