IIT Indore MSc cutoff 2025 has been released across various specialisations in the form of opening and closing ranks. For the students belonging to the General AI quota, the IIT JAM first round closing ranks were between 46 and 370, with M.Sc. in Biotechnology being the most competitive for admission. The lower the cutoff rank, the higher the competition for that course, and vice versa. For all the MSc specialisations, the IIT Indore JAM cutoff 2025 for the first round is tabulated below for the General AI category candidates.

The official JAM 2025 Round 1 admission data released by IIT Patna indicates a strong demand for the MSc in Chemistry programme among General category applicants. Over the past three years, the cutoff rank has moved from 446 in 2023 to 419 in 2025. These figures clearly show that students aiming for Chemistry at IIT Patna need to secure a rank well under 400. Moreover, if we talk about other courses, the cutoff remain competitive. So, getting a rank of 560 in IIT JAM is not at all enough to secure any course under General AI quota. IIT Madras has also published the Round 1 cutoff for its MSc programs, which has shown notable movement over recent years. In the latest IIT JAM 2025 seat allotment results, the cutoff in the first Round of seat allotment results for the SC AI category stood between 917 and 1382. Similarly, for the ST AI category, the MSc cutoff stood between 2609 and 3263. Considering the cutoffs, it indicates that the ST AI category candidates has faced comparatively lenient cutoffs as compared to that of the SC AI category candidates. The IIT Bombay JAM cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to the MSc course across multiple specialisations. During the Round 1 cutoff list, the closing ranks ranged between 13 and 616, with Biotechnology having the most stringent cutoff rank for admission. With lenient first-round closing ranks of 17 and 30, candidates can also choose MSc specialsiations, such as Applied Geology and Mathematics, respectively, for admission. According to the IIT Dhanbad MSc cutoff 2026 for the General AI category, the highest rank accepted was 828 for the M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geophysics programme. This is the highest rank for the first round. Other rounds and categories will have different cutoffs.

Yes, you should appear for counseling. You may get any NIT or any other government institution depending on your rank. Also, if you are not satisfied with your performance you can wait and appear next year. Please make a decision very carefully. These decisions are very important in the long term.

IIT JAM is the accepting exam for IIT Bhilai for MSc admissions. The Cutoff for been concluded after release of 5 rounds. The Cutoff ranks were released for MSc in Chemistry, MSc in Mathematics & Computing and MSc in Physics. For MSc in Mathematics & Computing and MSc in Physics, the Last round closing ranks were 594 and 803, respectively, for the General AI category candidates.

IIT Tirupati JAM Cutoff 2024 has been concluded for MSc admissions, wherein the Cutoff was released for MSc in Mathematics and Statistics, MSc in Chemistry and MSc in Physics. If the student falls under the General AI Category, with the IIT JAM Cutoff rank of 750, he/she can get admission into MSc in Mathematics and Statistics and MSc in Chemistry, during the Last-round. The last-round closing ranks for MSc in M&S was 229 and for MSc in Chemistry was 727.

IIT Delhi JAM Cutoff 2024 was different in terms of the opening and Closing ranks. In 2024, the last-round closing cutoff ranks for different MSc courses among the General AI categories closed at a range of 32 and 541. Whereas, in 2023, the Cutoff ranks for different courses closed at a range of 11 and 164, during it's last round.
