IIT Kanpur JAM Cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 2. The most competitive course was M.Sc in Statistics, with the Cutoff of 63. For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff stood at 187, for M.Sc in Statistics.
If the Cutoff rank is more than 63, there is no scope of admission to IITs for M.Sc in Statistics.

The IIT Kanpur MSc cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1, wherein the M.Sc. in Statistics is the most competitive specialisation with a closing rank of 58 for the General AII India category students. The least competitive course is M.Sc. in Mathematics with a cutoff rank of 131. So, candidates seeking admission to any of the MSc courses must secure a rank up to 131 to be eligible for IIT Kanpur.
IIT Kanpur admission to the MSc course is based on IIT JAM scores, followed by the IIT JAM counselling process. Only candidates on the JAM 2024 merit list based on JAM 2024 scorecard will be eligible to apply for admission.

IIT Kanpur is a government funded college. It is established in 1958. The college is approved by AICTE and it is accredited to NAAC. It is ranked 4 under the engineering collee and 5 under the overall ctegory by NIRF. It offers several Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Certificate programmes in various courses such as B.E, M.E, PHD, PGDM, MBA, BTECH, and B.Sc, etc. The admission to the college are solely based om the entrance examination.
