IIT Mandi BTech admission is entirely entrance-based. Aspirants need to appear for the JEE Main exam, secure a valid rank and become eligible for JEE Advanced exam. Candidates who secure a valid rank in JEE Advanced need to participate in JoSAA Counselling for seat allotment. Yes, the institute offers a four-year integrated BTech-MTech course. The dual degree course is offered in only one specialisation, i.e., Bioengineering. Admission to this course is also done through JEE Advanced score, followed by JoSAA counselling. There are a total of 28 seats available for this course at IIT Mandi.

The total tuition fee for BTech is INR 8 lakh. However, this information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. In addition, the total course fee will be higher as it will include other components such as admission fee, caution money deposit, hostel charges (if applicable), etc., as well. Additionally, canidates have to pay for hostel fee ane one-time payable charges of INR 22,000.
