Yes, the institute offers a four-year integrated BTech-MTech course. The dual degree course is offered in only one specialisation, i.e., Bioengineering. Admission to this course is also done through JEE Advanced score, followed by JoSAA counselling. There are a total of 28 seats available for this course at IIT Mandi.

Candidates who pass the JEE Advanced 2023 exam are invited to the IIT JoSAA Counselling in 2023. Up to six rounds of JoSAA Counselling 2023 were held.
