For JEE 2017, start your preparation from now itself. Just complete your 11th and 12th NCERT books of physics, chemistry and maths first. This will prepare you for your board exams. You should complete it by the end of November. After this study Pradeeps for Physics and Chemistry and RD Sharma for maths till December for better concepts and numerical solving ability. After this, if you can refer to other books like HC Verma, or Simon and Simon for Organic Chemistry in the month of January. In february, revise your NCERT to get good score in board exams. After board exams, revise your concepts and work on your weak parts. This will help

Yes, it is very important for CS branch student to know the html, java and, cc+. Either, you are in IIT or any other college, without these courses, you will not understand anything about your branch.

You should have start preparing for IIT in class 11th but don't worry, now you have to do hard work. You have to read class 11th and 12th NCERT physics, chemistry and mathematics books systematically. If this answer helps, kindly click on upvote button.

For physics:- DC PANDEY is best for conceptual studies as well as for numerical.
For maths:- Cengage calculus, RD Sharma class-12
For chemistry:-
Physical: Cengage, NCERT
Organic: Solomons & Fryhle's
Inorganic: NCERT
