Listen, scoring high in JEE Mains is not a tough thing. It only requires your obidience. Covering all your chapters thoroughly in class 12 will help you. Maths requires intense practice, even in easy chapters like boolean algebra and matrices. Physics requires conceptions to be cleared; and that you can do only if you study the whole year in class 12. I'm afraid it isn't.
JEE advanced requires concept development, but BIT SAT requires speed and accuracy along with concept development.
But preparation to JEE advanced improves your speed and concept which might help a bit in bitsat. But the difficulty level and speed in these entrance exams are way different.
