It is unlikely that you will get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs with a CRL rank of 196580 and an EWS rank of 31691. The cutoff ranks for these institutes are typically much lower than your current rank. However, there are a few factors that could improve your chances of admission.

Yes, CG SOS Marksheet with 75 percent is valid for JEE advance and IIT Admission as This considered to be equivalent to the CBSE ICSE and state board.
