To get a seat in an IIT, you will have sit for JEE exams and secure a good rank. The cutoff is 90+ for general category, 75+ for EWS category and 51+ for SC category. The fees can vary from college to college.

Congratulations on your impressive JEE Advanced rank! With a rank of 2115 in JEE Advanced and an EWS rank of 208, you have performed exceptionally well.
Whether you should go for electrical engineering in the top three IITs or computer Science in IIT Ropar depends on your personal preferences and goals.
But I will sugest to go with old IIT .

Based on the search results, with a CRL rank of 475749 and OBC PWD category, it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission to the top-ranked NITs or IITs for B.Tech. However, you can consider NITs that have a lower cut-off rank for your category. Some of the NITs that you can consider are NIT Rourkela, NIT Durgapur, NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, etc.
