No. You must get a rank below 7000. 2019 last rank in SV University in CSE branch for BC-D girls is 7772 and for ECE is 4200. Here ECE is sometimes more demanded than CSE. 2020 last ranks are not available. Try Shiksha college predictor for admission chances in other colleges.
