Yes, the fee structure is feasible for all courses I suppose, because it is a state government university and so expenses cut short automatically. Courses are good, plus affordable. Your question about MPH is very clear, if you want to go to Australia and settle down there then just godon't keep asking anybody is it good or not. You may or may not get job after MPH but with the qualifications it may help you to get PR in Australia.
Usually new applicants are sent to rural hamlets to work where there is shortage of qualified talent. After struggle of two or three years your papers in Australia will be ratified then you will find more satisfaction. Be ready to spend a lot of money on tuition and struggle after that.
