There's a big difference between both. Indian Institute of Management Bangalore is one of the top B-schools in India, with very high competition, strict selection (CAT + high percentile), and extremely strong placements. It's best if you can clear the entrance and want top-tier corporate roles with high packages.

There are multiple colleges in Bihar which offer the course. Students can compare and evaluate them on various factors. Some of the deciding factors are fee, ranking, placement, etc. Colleges offering BCom are Patna Women's College, Amity University Patna,  LNMU, etc.

Yes. Degrees from NMC-approved universities in Kazakhstan are valid in India. Graduates must clear the NExT exam (replacing FMGE) to get a licence to practise in India.

Yes, the University of London International Programmes degree are generally recognised in India for academic and professional purposes. The University of London International Programmes offers over 100 degree at UG and PG levels for its Indian students. No, you cannot get into Anna University with a rank of 70000 if you belong to the General AI category. The highest cutoff rank for this category was 40009 for the B.E. in Mechanical Engineering course. 

General AI category candidates need to secure ranks between 11767 and 40009 to be considered eligible for admission. 

Note - Candidates should keep in mind that this is the cutoff for the General AI category; other categories will have different cutoffs.
