Goa Institute of Management PGDM admission is scheduled to close on 11th June for academic year 2026. 

After applications are closed, personal interviews will be conducted two days later. Dates for other events related to PGDM admissions are yet to be revealed. All these dates can be found on institute's official website.

Yes, Goa Institute of Management PGDM admissions are still open for academic year 2026. However, both accepted entrance exams for this course have been concluded at this point. Thus, candidates who failed to appear in those exams can either apply through management quota or wait for 2027 admissions to begin.

NIT Andhra Pradesh and HBTU Kanpur are both esteemed government institutions. The comparison can be drawn basis several factors such as tuition fees, placement packages, rankings, location, etc. 

While, HBTU Kanpur is ranked 19 in the 'Engineering' category, NIT Andhra Pradesh is ranked under the 201-300 band by NIRF 2025. Similarly, the highest package at NIT Andhra stood at INR 65 LPA, while the highest package at HBTU stood at INR 32 LPA.

The decision depends on the comparison drawn basis the candidates' desired course.

Yes, candidates must have work experience before applying for PGDM admissions at Goa Institute of Management. Work experience for PGDM eligibility criteria must exceed three years when applying for admission.

Goa Institute of Management does ot take direct admission into PGDM courses. Candidates are required to appear in either CAT or XAT before applying for admission into this institute.

However, if a candidate is able to secure admission through management quota, direct admission if offered based on last qualifying exam scores.

  • Must have studied Diploma in an AICTE-approved college or institute. 
  • Hold a domicile or study proof in Karnataka for at least 7 years.
