Maths is not compulsory. You just need basic knowledge of 11th-12th mathematics and that is enough for what is required. Good luck.

Domicile certificate maybe required in most institution. Educational purpose certificates are easier to get and requires less years and documentation. An aadhaar card always helps and voter card, land/property tax receipt exceeds the requirement.

Mechatronics becomes more multidisciplinary and robotics unifying subject. You can go to robotics arena with mechatroics master without restriction but reverse is not always true. As for colleges I see its already answered.

After learning foreign languages you can have opportunities in BPO, KPO, IT companies as they mostly work for foreign clients. Opportunity as a teacher, or an interpreter. You can also look for opportunity in Custom/Immigration Services. Hospitality and Tourism industry is also big in India, immense opportunity in this sector as well.
